About MOVI practice

MOVI (est. 2017) is a space for movement and embodied learning, exploring the human being as a living, intelligent and continuously learning system.

About MOVI

MOVI practice was born from a simple question: what does it truly mean for a human being to move better? And how can movement become not only a way to strengthen the body, but also a way to deepen our relationship with ourselves, with others and with life itself?

Our practices combine athleticism, coordination, self-regulation, play, creativity, reflection and learning in community. We understand movement not merely as physical activity, but as a way of knowing, communicating, adapting, creating and participating more fully in life.

MOVI is rooted in universal movement principles and draws from a wide spectrum of physical disciplines, arts and experiential learning practices. What matters here is not only the acquisition of specific skills or results, but the capacity to keep learning — to remain curious, adaptive and alive in a constantly changing world.

Community

Over more than eight years, MOVI has become not only a place of practice, but a community of people who wish to move, learn and grow differently. Some come seeking a healthier relationship with the body, others for creativity, deeper self-understanding, new challenges or simply a more alive relationship with everyday life. What brings us together is curiosity, openness and the wish to keep learning.

We believe that movement can become not another way to control or optimise ourselves, but a living practice that helps us become more sensitive, conscious, free and open to the challenges of life.

An eight-week introductory MOVI course exploring essential movement principles, the culture of practice and learning through the body.
